We accept order cancellations before shipping. We will do our best to complete the cancelation. Please send your cancelation request to info@saltyhull.com.

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

We accept returns

Returns are accepted by mail. Send a detailed email with your name and order number to initiate a return. Salty Hull will provide a paid-for downloadable return shipping label for goods if a return is approved.

You can return new or used products for a full refund within 365 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions without restocking fees.

Salty Hull will first offer to replace any defective items for free. If a return is to be made, returns will be issued 1-3 days after the product is returned to Salty Hull.

Salty Hull will refund the original shipping cost on all returns.

Your order refund will be issued to the same payment form used to make the original purchase.
